01.Do you provide a health guarantee?

Yes, we do. If your puppy develops a congenital problem that will end or shorten its life within its first year we will replace it with a similar puppy. 02. Is shipping really safe?

Yes, it is very safe. Only flights specifically set up to accommodate live animals will even accept a puppy. The aircraft must be heated, AC, and pressurized with airflow. The animals are the last on the plane and the first off. We will never ship a puppy that is less than 10 weeks of age.

03. How many puppies have you already shipped? How does the shipping work?

We have already shipped more than 200 puppies to the USA. All of them have arrived safely and sound, and in perfect shape.
We can send your puppy to any major airport using priority air service. It really is like buying the pup a ticket on the plane. This generally means that the pup only has to be at the airport one hour before the flight leaves, he stays in the office until 30 minutes before take off and, at that point, he is carried into the plane in his little pet kennel. He travels in the air conditioned/heated, pressurized part of the plane. You simply meet the plane and pick him up. You have to show identification so that no one else can claim your dog. We make all the arrangements for you.

05. What about vaccines and health records?

Your puppy will receive the necessary shots before departure and will arrive with the correct number of shots (vaccines) according to its age. Also, a medical record will be provided by our vet. Your puppy will have been de-wormed several times before departure. We strongly suggest that you have your pet examined by your own vet upon arrival and ask you to follow your vet's advice on these issues.

07. Are all your puppies registered?

Yes, all of our dogs are registered. They have Brazilian pedigree with 5 generations. We can provide you with an Exportation Pedigree so you can register your puppy in the U.S.A. upon its arrival. 08. What is an Exportation Pedigree?

If you want register your puppy in CKC or just as a pet /company, and you do not intend to register him with AKC this document will not be necessary. All our dogs and puppies are from pure breed and are registered, for this registry to be recognized and accepted by AKC (American Kennel Club) I need to request a document named Exportation Pedigree. This document will provide you with AKC full breeding rights.

09. If I want one of your puppies, where do I start?

Start by sending us an e-mail . We like to find out your requirements for a new puppy so we can match you with just the right pet. We want you to feel confident that you will receive the exact puppy that we described to you. Our puppies are microchiped to guarantee this. We can send you pictures of our available puppies and, at the same time, send you an e-mail with other pertinent information. It is impossible for us to list all of our puppies so if you do not see the one you want just on our website or ads just e-mail us and we will be glad to send you pictures and information of other puppies available.

10. How can I choose my puppy?

Go to our web site and click on Puppies Available under the type of puppy that you want. Choose the picture of the available puppy and contact us by completing the "Reserve your puppy" Reserve your puppyform.

11. How can I know that the puppy I will choose is the same one I will receive?

Good question. All of our puppies are microchipped, you will be able to visualize his/her microchip number on the picture's side. This will guarantee that the one you chose is the one you will receive.

12. How to purchase my new friend?

We try to start showing pictures of our puppies . If you find that perfect friend you can buy now by Credit Card/Paypal link or hold your puppy sending a US$ 200.00 deposit. The deposit is a guarantee that the buyer will complete the purchase by sending the rest of the money (including shipping charges) before shipping.
If for any reason the buyer does not complete the purchase within an agreed upon time frame the deposit will not be refunded or transferred.
If the puppy does not for any reason pass the vet inspection before shipping or any other medical condition arises hindering the health of the puppy the buyer will be refunded the US$ 100.00 deposit or may transfer the deposit to another puppy chosen by the buyer.
We ship our puppies through airlines. We find the shortest flight to your destination. We do all flight booking coordinating with you the best flight for the puppy.

13. What forms of payment do you accept?

The best way to pay us is to send us a Payment Order by transfer by wire (your bank transfers to my bank). It's very easy and safe. However, we also accept credit cards, e-checks and fast cash through Paypal. Paypal is very safe also and it is easily available at www.paypal.com. All you need is my Paypal ID and you can then send your deposit or the purchase price plus shipping costs for your puppy. As soon as you are100 % sure that you want the puppy please let us know that you want to purchase it and we will send you the payment instructions and pertinent data.
